“Seriously the best American chocolate around. The brand is 100 years old, and they still make it like they used to. The staff is super friendly, and the vibe of the store is calm and you won't find anything not to like. It's not inexpensive, but it's absolutely worth it. Be careful if you go because See's chocolate may end up being your next obsession.”

“I’ve been patronizing Schwartz Candies for over 30 years, and it has truly been a family tradition for us. From childhood memories to now bringing my own family in, this place has always been part of our celebrations, holidays, and “just because” moments. The quality is consistently outstanding — rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious every single time. You can taste the craftsmanship in everything they make. Their chocolates are smooth and decadent, and the selection always feels special. What really sets Schwartz Candies apart, though, is the experience. The staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their customers. It still feels like the kind of place where people know you and appreciate your business — something that’s rare these days. After three decades, they’ve never disappointed us. Schwartz Candies isn’t just a candy store — it’s part of our family traditions. Highly, highly recommend!”

“KJ’s corner is truly what gives small businesses their good rep. not only is it a nice clean one-stop-shop, but also super local and friendly too. Their variety of options on balloons is what really caught my eye. Karli has the talent of bringing a vision to life (which can be hard to come across these days). Also a huge plus is seeing the cutest dogs while you shop! 10/10 would recommend coming here, and I will most definetely be coming back for all my gift and balloon needs !!!”

“Sinfully Sweet Candy Buffet went above and beyond by donating a beautiful brownie tower to our recent event. The brownies were absolutely incredible - rich, perfectly baked, and so delicious that the winner couldn't help but share them with everyone! What impressed me most is how Karin and her team actively support our local school community. It's businesses like this that make our neighborhood stronger. When local companies invest in our schools and events, it shows they truly care about the families and children in our area. The quality of their treats matched their generous spirit - these weren't just any brownies, they were bakery-quality desserts that had everyone talking. It's clear that Sinfully Sweet Candy Buffet puts the same care into their products as they do into supporting our community. We should all support businesses that support us. I'll definitely be coming back for future celebrations and recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our community!”

“I just wanted to give a shoutout to the three professional ladies who were working today 2/28 At around 2 pm! I was in for the Dubai chocolate that just released and saw a pistachio version ; I was mistaken myself and thought that was the Dubai chocolate version and the team was honest about it and let me know that they have yet to receive that. I really appreciate that transparency and honestly as that really made me feel like they were customer first- and they gave me some alternatives store locations in which I can immediately satisfy my crave to try this new version! In the end I still purchased some chocolate, cuz it’s Läderach!”

“This is an adorable little gem. You’ve probably driven by many times. Stop and go in! They have a collection of both classic candies that you won’t find other places and trendy toys and delights. “I love this place! They have an amazing assortment of candies. My favorite is the Swedish candies, but they also carry a really nice assortment of chocolates. I came here twice. The owner had remembered me from my first visit and remembered what I like and helped me immediately. It’s a mom and pop store, husband and wife, and they are both so friendly and helpful. This is also a great place if you’re looking for a gift. They carry some beautiful gift items, big and small. I recommend this shop to anyone with a sweet tooth or to anyone looking for a special gift for someone. I can’t wait to go back!”

“This is such a lovely pharmacy and gift shop, everyone that works here is so friendly and the pharmacist was thorough and informative. I was also able to shop for a bday gift for a friend while waiting for my script, and they’re affordable! I’m happy to have found a small local pharmacy to give my business too.”

“Every visit to Läderach Chocolate at Roosevelt Field feels like stepping into a little piece of Switzerland — where luxury meets indulgence in the most delicious way. ? The chocolate? Absolutely divine. From the moment it melts on your tongue, you know this isn’t just a treat — it’s an experience. But what truly keeps me coming back — again and again — is the exceptional service. ? Rose, the lovely assistant who welcomes you with a radiant smile, makes every visit memorable. Her warmth, grace, and genuine passion for what she does create a feeling of comfort and joy that lingers long after the chocolate is gone. She doesn’t just help you shop — she curates the experience with kindness and charm. It’s rare to find such a perfect pairing: world-class chocolate and world-class hospitality. Thank you, Rose, for making Läderach feel like more than just a store — it feels like a small celebration, every time I walk in.”

“I have been coming here since I was a kid & it’s always a pleasant experience. Nice staff & the store is very clean & organized. SMELLS SO GOOD in here too!! They do have windows where you can watch people make the chocolate however every time I drop in it’s on the weekend & nobody is there. Some stuff can be a little pricy but it’s worth it. Everything tastes amazing here!”

“A wild and dangerous store in a good way! This store has an abundance of unique sugar options, items ive never seen before.it's definitely easy to get carried away. Overall it was fun experience but a lot of the exposed gummies that you grab and go are extremely old and hard. I'm not sure how often they clean it out but they need to start doing that more often.”
