I was pretty impressed with the level of customer service I just experienced. I was a bit disappointed with the custom card that I ordered for inclusion, since the color was washed out (I think a print cartridge was empty). But the owner called me to let me know he was refunding the money for the card. So all good.

Great as always but please be aware this location has moved! And it's Valentine's day, the amount of people in the original parking lot looking for the store was ridiculous! Not the smartest move!
