With the highly aggressive competition from private firms with huge corporate funds, we appreciate that a taxpayer funded government institution is subject to budget cuts, and often local Post Offices are not given the manpower they require to keep up with the demand on their staff. “Line moves fast. Isabella, the lady with the unkept hair, and sunken eye bags is rude and dry. Whereas, the woman with long grey hair is quick, kind and straight to the point. I didn’t catch her name it starts with a M, but give her a raise!”
“Always efficient service. Some people that work here are very sweet, others are less engaging. Sometimes there's only 1 person checking packages in. Hopefully they give their employees hours.”

Even when I arrive to a long line, I never have to wait very long, and the representatives working the counter are always professional and courteous, even when very busy.”
“I came here 9/3/24 to apply for my first ever passport. the workers were helpful and attended to me quickly. I paid for regular routine service and received my passport in the mail 9/16/24 (less than 2 weeks non expedited!!) I then received my birth certificate in the mail 9/19/24. this was such an easy and quick process and I appreciate the workers at this post office who helped out!”
“I've never had an issue here. Mostly just drop off packages. I appreciate that the dropbox is always working, there are a lot of usps places that have it fill up and get locked, then you have to go on line. I did go on line once or twice for mailing things and the employees were always helpful and courteous.”
“I honestly don't understand why the reviews are so negative from other people. Coming from Brooklyn, this post office is a blessing in comparison to what I've dealt with in the past. There is usually never any rush so I'm in and out and there is also a parking lot as well. I've only dealt with two staff members who seem to be there regularly and they are both extremely helpful and kind. I've been mailing out everything from here the past few months and don't plan to stop in the foreseeable future. Keep up the great work!”
“Super friendly staff, the place was a little busy but that's to be expected this time of year. The lady behind the counter made sure to help me make the right choice in shipping my package, giving me multiple options. The location itself could probably use an update, but given it's a government agency that probably won't happen for another 10 years.”
