Another customer enjoyed the easy and convenient experience when notarizing a document, thanks to helpful staff. However, not all experiences were perfect. Some customers faced challenges, such as waiting times and lack of assistance. For instance, during a visit to switch accounts, a customer was disappointed when the manager did not help after the CSR was busy, leading to leaving without completing their transaction. Despite occasional frustrations, many customers find TD Bank staff helpful and approachable, making it a reliable choice for banking needs in the regions it serves.
