“Went there to get a rather large cashier's check. Took close to an hour. Much of that time was due to the teller getting authorization from above on the phone, obviously on hold, waiting for the green light. Killed much of that time with some amiable chit-chat with a couple of tellers. Took longer than I thought, but pretty smooth. Satisfied customer.”
