It's a small little place that is easy to miss when you're driving past, but the staff are very helpful, personable and it seems like my packages are moved through very quickly en-route to their destination, unlike many other post offices I've dealt with over the years.”
“I needed 30 rolls of first class stamps for a large mailing. I went to the other Kingston Post Office and they were out of rolls, so I decided to give this one a shot. The 2 clerks were both very friendly and helpful, plus they had exacatly what I needed. Great job!”

“Never had a problem here. There’s always a familiar clerk at the window — a Caucasian female with darker hair that’s always been pleasant and helpful.
Yes, it’s rather inconvenient that the service window/counter closes down entirely for 90 minutes Monday-Friday for lunch, but ALL of the smaller POs in this area do that.”

“If I could give them a minus I would. Starting with the manager who I spoke with regarding packages not being delivered to my apt and sadly the people in the villas are not honest to return package. Anyways I had multiple packages that I lost therefore I lost money. It's been more than a week still waiting for Brandon to call me so I have to loose another morning of work to go and find out where the incompetent post man is delivering my packages . These are the worst people I had ever dealt with. Either they need to hire people that take pride on what they do and actually be careful in reading the address correctly unlike the current employees attention span is 0. Or retrain everyone that delivers.BTW this is the one at Cornell st”
“I saw the postman Pisciny at my mother’s house on his route and he went above and beyond to help me get my package. It was a signed delivery and for some reason I wasn’t having any success getting it even when I was home but he made it happen! Give that man a raise!!”

“I've been using the Hurley Post Office since 2004. The staff is wonderful. Extremely friendly. They *remember* you. They cater to you, knowing the difficulties of not getting home mail delivery and try to make it as smooth as possible. Truly excellent service run by excellent people. The place is always very well stocked and we've had so few issues over the years, I'll just say "no complaints". :)”
