“I know them from using this company for years at my job, always quality locks and always prompt. Can't beat the price either for a true locksmith.I have a key that no one has been able to recreate from the blank I personally cut for my front door. Hardware stores haven't been able to copy it successfully and the big box store laser guided key cutters don't even come close to a quality locksmith. This man cut a copy for this unreplicable key in a fraction of the time and it works like a dream. Thank you!”

They made it possible for us to stretch the value out of our grant. Phase one, 2400 sq. feet of flooring will be delivered for installation. ❤️ Please take the time to complete the store reviews when shopping. It makes such a difference when employees work so hard. My review - It is my pleasure to take the time to complete this survey this evening. The staff you have employed at this Lowes location from Sean the Manager to Dasha in Customer Service and Erik on the floor were beyond exemplary. As the Founder/Director of a Westchester based nonprofit that furnishes homes for the homeless veterans housed in NYS value and an exceptional product is so important. I decided to take a trip to Lowe's to look at the flooring needed for our new warehouse. We needed stock that was reasonably priced, durable and within our budget. Immediately on the floor Erik offered me assistance. He was able to pop into his handheld device the exact amount of stock I would need for the flooring. After speaking with the store Manager Sean who has made it known in the community how much Lowe's values our nation's First Responders and Veterans, we made the purchase that was completed by Dasha in Customer Service. Talk about a winning team. Dasha immediately processed an order that I have no doubt will be delivered to our warehouse with ease. On Memorial Day weekend, so many celebrate the holiday season, but I know Lowe's honors those that serve and remembers the true meaning of this holiday. By helping our organization, you have ensured that homeless veterans in your community will have furniture stored in a warehouse that is cleaned and tidy. “Very clean and well organized store. One improvement would be to be a bit more proactive about ensuring items are stocked. There are a lot of empty space and empty shelves in the garden area. Additionally when products go out of stock, they tend to be out of stock for a while forcing people to visit competitor stores or travel to other lowes locations.”
“I can't understand the negative reviews below... I have dealt with Bill and his staff for years and have had nothing but positive experiences with this business. They are friendly, competent accessible and courteous. They go out of their way to go the extra mile and explain everything that they do in terms of servicing and repairing your equipment. I had my lawn tractor repaired there recently and a problem recurred a week or so after it was returned. Bill picked it up promptly, tested it extensively at the shop and took corrective action, all at no charge, including pick up and delivery. He stands behind his work and has earned my trus”

“First and foremost, I need to start this review by saying that Lowe's is our family's favorite and only place to shop for all things related to home improvement. We love the quality of merchandise offered, the unparalleled customer service, and how valued and honored Veterans are when shopping there (I truly will never have enough thank yous for this). I want to shout out one employee in particular, a young man named Mikey, who was so patient, kind and helpful to me when I recently picked up a large order for our bathroom renovation. When I scanned the bar code for my order, it was not identified. He came over, helped me find it, obtained everything for me, and guided me through the best way to get it all loaded to my vehicle, which continuing to shop for some last minute things I had previously forgotten about. Mikey was awesome! Totally there for me when I was frustrated thinking that somehow my order had been lost because the pick up scanner was not showing it. Thank you Mikey! You are what awesome customer service is all about!”

“This is a wonderful hardware store. No matter what I have wanted over the years, they have had it. Moreover, even when I don't know what the thing I want is actually called, I can describe it and they'll have it. You simply cannot get this kind of quick, honest, and thoughtful customer service at a big box store. If you live in the area and are driving all the way to the nearest chain hardware, trust me, you're wasting time and money. The small extra fee you might pay here (often cheaper here) is always less than the gas and wear and tear on your car.
I love supporting small businesses, and this is one of the best.”
