They are friendly, competent accessible and courteous. They go out of their way to go the extra mile and explain everything that they do in terms of servicing and repairing your equipment. I had my lawn tractor repaired there recently and a problem recurred a week or so after it was returned. Bill picked it up promptly, tested it extensively at the shop and took corrective action, all at no charge, including pick up and delivery. He stands behind his work and has earned my trus”
