On this particular day, Branch Manager Donna Chiappa helped me (I literally have tears in my eyes while writing this review). Donna was compassionate, and empathic to my needs. This beautiful women went above and beyond my request. Everyone at this branch is kind, personable as well as knowledgeable, but this day...I needed just a little extra. I had just lost my brother and there are no words to express how I was feeling on that day. Donna, thank you for your kinds words and your immediate attention to meet my banking needs on that day. You and your whole team are a perfect example why I would never bank anywhere else.

She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the problem was fully resolved before we finished. “I just got back from this location after opening up mine and my girlfriends very first business together, an anxious endeavor. I had called earlier that day to ask about scheduling and realized this bank closes most weekdays at 4pm, so I got out of work early and got there at 3:45 thinking it would be a quick 15 minute set up for the accounts. The banker I worked with was Leanna Sorrentino. I have dealt with many, many banks over the years, and would be willing to put it in writing that she was by and far the very BEST I have ever come across in my life. I had to bring my daughter in with us, as we didn't have a sitter and she is very hyperactive. Leanna was not only polite, but offered her toys and spoke to her like she had a background in child development. On top of all that, Leanna stayed an extra HOUR after closing to not only set up the account, but answer all my questions with patience, humor, and professionalism. I will never bank with anyone else for the rest of my life because of that experience. We work hard in my house and to be treated with such respect and kindness after a long work day is refreshing and so very rare these days. Thank you, Leanna! The best around ~”
