I instantly felt like I belonged when I dropped in at Crossfit MidHudson. Tracey's and all of the members' energy is truly magnetic. The workouts were challenging and fun. Crossfit MidHudson has a welcoming and supportive atmosphere - great for anyone wanting to improve themselves all around! I can't wait to go back!

Love this place and the people. Very welcoming. Tight group of people. You’re going to get a killer workout. The coaches are very knowledgeable. Would recommend this place to whatever level of fitness your at currently.

We were in Poughkeepsie for a wedding and dropped into CrossFit Mid Hudson. Tracy was an awesome coach and super welcoming. The gym is great. They have a beautiful trail behind the gym. The programming was fun and the people in class were great!
