I have been to this store 3 days in a row and have been blown away by the customer service provided by everyone employed here. Not only do they care about handling the chicks that come in, they also truly care about the customers who walk through the door. I had excellent experiences with Joann, Sandi and Kyle the Manager. I learned so much from them and felt seen & heard! Joann helped me pick out all of the necessities for raising chicks. Sandi gave me information on chicks. Kyle made sure I left with a smile on my face. You can also tell that all of the young staff care about handling their tasks at this Tractor Supply. The staff really come off as a happy team who work well together. I want to thank all of them for restoring my faith in humans. I wish all stores showed this level of community.”
