“Came in on Christmas eve to get glass cut for some picture frames I made for my son's artwork. Even short staffed as they were we were able to get our glass cut and get out to enjoy or holiday. “Let me just say this home depot got a All star team. I mean they are willing to help all the time. I tested this homedepot and they got it. WALTER IS AMAZING great team player also the front to the back. Even the lumber guy came and helped. I came in for some wiring and they gave me the works and I mean they went the whole mile helping me. Let me say that when you go to a home depot and they have 2 items left. This home depot got 2 items left. I never seen this before at any homedepot before. Usually they never got it.The window department is very helpful.I will be coming here more and more because of their service. Excellent service.”

“I visited Tractor Supply in Highland, NY. Service there is always wonderful but today I thought I lost my wallet at the store and called the store for help. Joann picked up the phone and immediately went looking for me. She was so kind and understood my panic. Ultimately I found the wallet but she really went above and beyond. It's so rare to receive such empathy and helpfulness from a stranger. I am so thankful.”
