Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Poughkeepsie, NY Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The store has certainly improved in terms of organization from years ago. Staff are very friendly and provide some of the best customer service ever, at the very highest level, often going above and beyond to assist. Associates will track down items and help customers get everything needed for a project. However, be prepared to be approached by various and numerous sales reps for services like solar and HVAC, as there is a sheer amount of solicitation. While some customers prefer other home improvement stores, this location offers a pleasant experience with friendly and helpful service from the staff.

Came in on Christmas eve to get glass cut for some picture frames I made for my son's artwork. Even short staffed as they were we were able to get our glass cut and get out to enjoy or holiday. Thank you to the staff at the wappingers/poughkeepsie store for working so hard on Christmas eve. Your amazing.
