“Having just refreshed my memory about Spanish wine made from Mencia grapes on my recent trip through Manhattan, I found this bargain here in Highland. It's a bit more earthy than the fruit-forward variety I purchased down in NYC. This store has good selection for its size! I've actually been a customer for years.”

Couple of reviews: Jasci & Marchesani Montepulciano d'Abbruzzo is a wonderful organic wine for its price, smooth yet lively red fruit flavors w/ a hint of earthy tannin. Les Allies pinot noir might be a little too tart for connoisseurs, but wouldn't be bad at a cookout.”

“Genuine gem in New Paltz. It’s on the outskirts, so you need to drive there, but I’ve never had a bad time here. Compared to the other liquor stores in the area, this store has a really nice, comfortable, family feel. The owner is over the moon to help explain the liquor (yes I know, that’s an upselling tactic, but you can tell he loves his job, and that’s super nice to see). There are always great deals and sales, I got a 1.75 100 proof bottle of vodka for $15- and they carry seltzers that I haven’t seen anyone else in the area carry! Highly recommend.”
