“I had a car accident where I hit the side of my Land Rover into the guard rail on the Taconic Highway in order to avoid a deer that was crossing. The side of the suv took a terrible hit on the body.I'm absolutely so glad I found BTO Autoworks through word of mouth. They do not have the biggest online presence, but rest assured they are a GREAT autobody shop. Ray and his staff did a great job fixing my suv back to new. What I appreciated most from my visit, is the clearly defined timeline and the no nonsense. I checked two other auto body shops in Poughkeepsie and they were telling me there would be a 30 day wait... or they would tell me to leave the car and wait an undefined amount of time. It was clear my suv wouldn't be prioritized for bigger projects. With BTO Autoworks there's none of that, it is strictly professional. It took about a week to get parts and a week for labor.
