I just got my car back from Vince's, and I could not be happier! It looks better than when I took it out of the showroom. The quality of work was exceptional, but that’s not the whole story. The customer service department went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, from coordinating with my insurance company to keeping me updated at each step of the repair process. I don’t know what type of training Vince uses, but whatever it is, it works. I would recommend that every large and small business in the County not only get their repairs done at Vince's, but also try to emulate the incredible customer service they provide. “Stofa’s did a thorough and detailed estimate of repairs required for our car after a recent accident. Though they didn’t actually do the repair, since the insurance company considered it “ totaled”, Stofa’s did call to follow up to be sure we were satisfied with the insurance settlement before releasing it to them. We have used Stofa’s many times and trust them to be professional, thorough, and reasonable priced. We highly recommend them.”

“The folks at Foreign Car Specialists stood behind their parts and labor when a fan motor resistor failed after only 1 year in the car. They also remediated a problem with the glove box access to a motor which, for a year, I was puzzled as to why I could no longer get the glove box to open (never dreaming a mechanic would try to access a fan motor via the glove box). Standing behind their parts and labor is a huge plus in my book. And addressing a problem that had been caused during the previous repair work was an even bigger plus. Integrity.”

“I was told at the dealership That I needed a new tensioner(~$800). As well as new brakes and rotors and pads ($1400+) . I called on a Friday at 1, they got my car in within 30 minutes, Larry took the time to go over it and called me to let me know he didn’t believe that the work that was diagnosed was truly needed. The quote he gave me for the tensioner was half(including labor) of what the dealership said. In my experience It’s rare as a woman to have a mechanic be honest with you, but this mechanic was. He advised I will need new tires in the future but not necessarily now. I’ll be sending all friends and family here.”
