“I go here almost daily with 5-15 packages and the staff is amazing. Everything is prepaid and they scan it in and give me a receipt no problem. I’ve had my son or parents drop stuff off for me and they treat them just as nice. Anytime I have questions they are happy to help and explain what needs to be purchased to ship my items the correct way. I’ve gone to a lot of post offices in the area and Mahwah is hands down the nicest and most informative.”

“I’ve been coming here for a while now. The counter people are super nice. The rest…. We’ll USPS is my last choice with any packages. They lie and pass the buck with the worst of them. I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name (incorrectly) and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cure… it’s ongoing ???”
“All of the staff there are absolutely the best. Specially NOELL ! They're all very kind and helpful and I've never had any problems, no matter how busy they are. Noell is extraordinary though. She always apologizes for the wait, even if there are only a few in line. She is thorough, friendly, helpful, kind and so sincere. She seems to LOVE helping people. We are SO very lucky to have her in our great post office of Ringwood NJ”

“I live two blocks from this post office and drop off packages every day. My daughter and I (we started going there when she was just 6 months old — we moved to Hillsdale two years ago) absolutely love Amisha. She is always so friendly. My daughter adores her and constantly asks, “Mom, are we going to see Amisha?”
I’ve only had the best experiences with all the staff! They are kind, helpful, and professional!
I also see many regular customers — everyone is smiling, laughing, and in a good mood at our post office, and they all seem to have a great relationship with Amisha.
I’ve seen a variety of customers there and honestly, you need nerves of steel to deal with some of them — the rudeness, the pressure, or even the lack of understanding of what’s being asked or explained. And Amisha has always responded professionally and calmly.
I’m certain that the woman who wanted free packing tape is just blaming Amisha for her own lack of preparation. According to her, Amisha offered her the option to buy tape at the post office, but the customer was rude and kept demanding it for free .
My husband, my daughter Abigail, and I give Amisha all the stars in the sky for the work she does. We truly want her to remain a part of our family routine!”

“I grew up in Waldwick and moved out when I got married. I never had a problem with the Post Office until we moved to West Orange which is serviced by the Orange Post Office. Trust me, you have no idea what poor service is until you move into a neighborhood that is only serviced by new and temporary carriers because the route you're on is one that the experienced carriers will not bid on as a work assignment because of hilly terrain. We had lost packages, missorted mail, missed deliveries, wet mail, you name it. The only good that became of their incompetence was that we became familiar with our neighbors by delivering the missorted mail to the correct people.”

(old review) I live in Airmont, NY 10952. The nearest post office to me is TALLMAN, NY 10982 PO. The lady clerk was very lazy and rude. She complained that I had made her carry the box from the counter to the back of the PO, which was about 7 feet. She told me next time, she will not accept my packages because I live in a different area code, and she only gets paid for packages from the same area code(which is, of course, a total lie. She gets paid a paycheck and not how many packages they get) if you have the same bad experience, please file a complaint and the USPS website”
“Our experience at the Ramsey Post Office is always a positive one. All of the staff there, regardless of who takes care of us, are a pleasure to deal with. We are a commercial company that uses a number of Post Offices in Bergen County & in our eyes, Ramsey is #1. Some of the other Post Offices we use, could learn from Ramsey's example.”
“This was the WORST post office I’ve ever used, to visit. I complained and had long talks with the postmaster. He assured me things will improve, and they have been better since our conversation. The staff was rude, terribly slow and unprofessional, and lacked training- expect for employee named GLEN, older gentleman worked very hard and made my day, whenever I dropped off packages, GLEN is only best employee at this location.. his very helpful & not lazy or asleep like other employees… TARA AND JENNA WERE THE ABSOLUTE WORST TO WORK WITH EXTREMELY LAZY AND NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE…MARK HAS IMPROVED A LOT AND IS NOW NICE TO WORK WITH AND IS WORKING HARDER & FASTER however… The postmaster Gabriel, turned this location around, and made the location better. If it wasn’t for the postmaster, this location would have been shut down for lack of service and loss of sales performance. Overall customer service is improving from the past, the only thing I can suggest now is hiring maybe one or two new employees who are computer savvy and are fast workers to add to the employment here, and keep windows active and lines short.
