“Brought my laptop that had windows 10. I had a feeling it could not be brought up to 11. Chuck ckd it out and Yes confirmed I needed to upgrade to a new laptop. Everything went well, Chuck explained everthing I needed went over suggestions, he ordered a new one and copied everything over onto new one. Backed up my programs.
