Been calling about not being able to login my payment portal since June/July and all customer service departments keeps giving me wrong info just to get me off the phone.Up until now I have received no help. Had to pay a $10 fee just to make a partial payment because I am not able to login and adjust the reoccurring payment

Don’t get a car loan here, they will just charge you for insurance and add it to your loan if you don’t send them your insurance every year. Even if you DO send it to them within 15 days of receiving the second notice, to the email inbox they do not check but once a month, you will STILL be charged. My twin died last year and I was late, and this was the thanks I get for paying on time for 3 years.

I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF THE BRUNCH IS OPEN?! There is one phone number on web and google map you need to wait 30 min on phone. THERE IS NO BUSINESS HOURS ON WEB and GOOGLE MAP. What a serious workplace VALLEY BANK!.. Employees are very good but somebody have to manage all those information online.
