“Had an alignment done on my pickup truck today (truck recently had new tie-rods installed and needed an alignment).
Stan Jr. done a great and super detail oriented alignment. Truck drives nicely and steering wheel is nice and straight. Highly recommend this place. Polite and nice staff too.”

Eckler wanted $1400 for the same part that I got a steering column galore for half the money steering column came complete and it was a simple swap. There is no problem about exchanging the steering Columns it all worked out perfectly for me thank you steering Collins galore!”

“Citywide is the best towing and repair shop I have dealt with in decades. When my work truck broke down they were there in 30 minutes to tow it. They did the repairs themselves and didn't try to sneak in a bunch of unnecessary repairs to increase my bill. My truck was ready to go a few days later. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners Gary and Mike when I went to pick it up, they are 2 young guys who bring a touch of hospitality that you don't see in the automotive industry anymore. I would highly recommend Citywide to anyone that needs a tow or work done on their car.”
“Brewster Subaru is the finest automobile dealer I have ever dealt with. They don't just want to make their customers satisfied they have a built-in ethic that is; they are not happy unless their customer is.
I live almost an hour away. There are 4 Subaru dealerships much closer to me. I would not think of visiting these dealers even though their locations are so convenient.

I first dealt with this dealer when they were located in Kingston, NY I purchased a Forester from them. With a trade of my 2 year old Forester my cost was an Amazingly low $3500.
They sold this dealership to an other car dealer. When I went for repair of my relatively new car the new car dealer (after this store sold by owners of BREWSTER Subaru to the new owner) quoted me $1650 for a new wiring harness about which they said was eaten by mice. An independent mechanic whom I deal with tightened a loose electrical lug and my lights were back working.
I found Brewster Subaru while shopping for a Solterra a few months later and Brewster made its acquisition easy. I then discovered that they were the same company as the Kington dealership (before they sold to the one who told me that mice were eating my car.”

“As a woman, it is so hard to find people that won’t scam you when it comes to these things. They are always very honest and fair. I had a old car that I wanted them to change the tires and they were honest with me that they could change it, but it wouldnt be worth it since the car was not reliable anymore and told me not to waste my money haha. It was hard to hear since it was my first car but other mechanics kept taking my money and didnt even care to tell me the truth. Since then, I always reccomend them to everyone. Thank you??”
“Amazing team. I had cracked the brace of my bumper that kept flapping in the wind and previously had two body shops dismissed it and they would call me back. I stopped there and they immediately looked at it and sourced the part in the hour. Had it delivered to the shop and installed in less than an hour at an amazing price. “I was on my way to dinner when my car randomly started shaking a lottt and after a couple of minutes my brakes stopped working. I managed to pull over to my right into a gravel parking lot which just so happened to be RRC’s auto shop. It was around 5pm when I went in and the shop was closing soon. I explained to Renzo what happened and he came out to look at my car and said I definitely need new front brakes but he’ll need to look at my car further to see what else is going on. He explained that his schedule the next day was reallyy booked but that he’d try his best to take a look at my car. He called me the next day and told me what parts I needed replaced, how much it would cost (fair price,) and said that he would order the parts right away and start working on my car. I gave him my approval and within just a couple of hours my car was ready to be picked up. It’s never fun when cars need servicing, but I am very thankful that I was in the right spot at the right time when it happened! Thank you Renzo!! ? 10/10 recommend.”
