“I have lived here for 11 years .not perfetion..but a safe clean home..when I moved in the manager screened applications very carefully..possibly breaking HUD guidelines..maintenance would hang pictures and help..with your internet..now the applications are taken...background checks are done and we have sometimes housed someone who needs a higher level of housing .due to age..mental or physical disability...98% of the residents are great..that 2% usually don't last long..”

“My experience with the process of moving in Belmont Ridge Apartments, was surprisingly awesome, you always think that it's going to be a hassle dealing with people trying to get an Apartment, but it was quite the opposite.
Put aside the paperwork that goes along with renting an Apartment, which I have to say was not a issue at all, my wife and I met Holly as we were in the process of looking for a place, she made us feel welcomed and comfortable, and as Holly was showing us around the area, which is beautiful, clean, and quiet, my wife and I decided this was the place for us.
