Add-En-On Boarding Kennels Inc
112 Pond Road, Honeoye FallsI boarded my German Shepherd with Add-En-On multiple times over the years, and they were phenomenal. My boy was a bit of a 'special needs' case; he was incredibly nervous and unpredictable around people he didn't know, meaning we couldn't rely on traditional pet sitters when we went away.
Add-En-On is perfectly equipped for reactive and high-management dogs. Their facility features private, no-contact indoor/outdoor runs, which allow the staff to safely let the dogs outside using a pully system. The dogs get their own completely private, securely fenced area to enjoy the fresh air and exercise without having to come into direct contact with staff or other animals. It took a lot of the anxiety out of boarding him.
The staff here is great. They are patient, trained, and genuinely understand dog behavior. They knew my boy well, always greeted us by name, and handled him with total respect.
While they are a total blessing for special needs animals, their high level of professionalism, clean facilities, and deep care mean they are a wonderful choice for any pet, no matter their personality. My Shepherd unfortunately passed away recently, but I cannot recommend Add-En-On highly enough for the incredible care they gave him over the years. They are top-tier!
