3028 Dewey Ave, RochesterWe are really happy with our invisible fence, it works great on our two large dogs and training was an ease. Only issue is they will advertise their fence as an endless boundary, it is not. The endless boundary is just a 30s shock, but I promise 30s is more than enough. Other issue is they will say your dog will be able to come back into the yard without getting by shocked if they do get out somehow, that also is not true. We have no regrets about our fence, our dogs enjoy having a full yard now and they respect the boundary as promised.

The staff is the best! They feel like family to us!! It’s clean, our dog absolutely LOVES going! She can’t get out of our car fast enough.
She loves and adores her people there and they love & adore her. They great her at the door every morning when I drop her off for “school” and she responds to them with her doggy hugs!
We have also used their training services when she was a puppy.
We currently still use their Spa for nails, baths ands occasional ear care. The staff in that department are great as well.
GVK9 takes great care of Murphie when boarding, I don’t have to worry about her at all! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her. We get daily pictures and she gets extra love from the staff when boarding. Let’s just say they have extremely spoiled her!!?
I’ve read reviews about boarding prices. You know what, you know your dog is safe, having fun, making friends, getting their meals and loved while you’re away…. You can’t put a price on that! It’s fairly priced for the service and especially the peace of mind knowing your pet is being loved and cared for while you’re away.

I have no doubt that all my dogs and cats have received the best care possible. Great staff that understands how important our pets are to us. Dr Mike Foley ( retired now), Dr Miner and Dr Peter VanVankias have taken great care of my dogs and cats. Shout out to Dawn, Lisa and Tracy too.
Dr Hawkins operated recently on Stella when we thought she had cancer. It was a complex surgery and included spaying as well as tumor removal and was 100% successful. The BEST part of this was when Dr Hawkins called about the pathology report, which was negative for cancer. She sounded so happy and excited to be giving me the good news. Stella wasn’t just “another dog”.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Someone thought of the creative idea to put one of my ferrets in the bag I brought with them (for the record, it was very funny). I didn’t leave their carrier with them and they plopped him right on top of his bedding in the bag and zipped it up. What a funny surprise! He was apparently surprisingly content in there too lol.
Every experience I’ve had here has been great. The front of house is always very friendly, the techs are nice and can answer most of my questions, and Dr Hach has always been very thorough with my furry kiddos. Very happy at this vets office!

Jeff has done amazing work with my dogs obedience and separation anxiety, he has worked with both myself my dogs and my significat other, and it helped out our relationship with the dogs. Bob has given my one dog Tallulah an outlet for all her energy with his agility classes, and Stacey and Fran have both done really good work with the younger pups and have mentored me. The classes are extremely affordable and so so worth the money.

It’s so nice to see the fun she has all day. My dog is now excited to get in the car in the morning (she hates the car normally) because she knows she’s probably going to daycare! DAP also offers really fair pricing for their daycare packages and makes sending her more affordable. I also love that there is no scheduling when you’re bringing them in or picking them up. Just drop them off and pick them up anytime they are open! Finally, a really nice piece is the amount of quality pictures and videos they take and post on their social media!!

When you meet someone and can clearly tell they are committed and unfaltering you know you’ve found an ace in the field. Kathleen is that for dog grooming and boarding care for th Gates community (and I’m sure Rochester). I brought a dog I am caring for in a last minute effort to get him cleaned because his parents couldn’t get it done before they left him with me for 3 weeks. I had never met her or used her services before. I got on her books in less than 48 hours and she managed to swiftly and professionally clean and groom this 120 lb puppy with no awareness atall that life is not just one endless game of whatever your whimsy!

The beer selection and Sours are outstanding and benchmark, in my opinion. Well done staff and we will be back soon.
