3028 Dewey Ave, RochesterWe are really happy with our invisible fence, it works great on our two large dogs and training was an ease. Only issue is they will advertise their fence as an endless boundary, it is not. The endless boundary is just a 30s shock, but I promise 30s is more than enough. Other issue is they will say your dog will be able to come back into the yard without getting by shocked if they do get out somehow, that also is not true. We have no regrets about our fence, our dogs enjoy having a full yard now and they respect the boundary as promised.

4084 West Henrietta Road, RochesterAdded: I would not bring rabbits anywhere else in Rochester. Dr. Scarpulla and staff helped care for my bunnies and guinea pig after they were affected by an electrical fire. I was out of town and they squeezed my pets in immediately and checked them out and bathed them because they were completely covered in smoke. My family brought they in and were planning on covering the costs for me and instead they did not charge us at all and it was $400 in services from checking their lungs, etc. THEN the front desk staff created a fundraiser for us and a bunch of families donated. I’m glad to be part of the Southtowne community.
I moved my rabbits here from another vet I wasn’t happy with- Very happy with staff and services from the front desk staff to the techs and vets here. I put the wrong time in my calendar and they even accommodated me which was amazing because I had to take the morning off work. I asked about rabbit vaccine and they said they had a list I could get on but ordered them almost immediately and called me when they were in. Edit: when my rabbit passed the care they gave helped me get through it. My other rabbits and guinea pig still get great care here including vaccines, nail trims, teeth check, prescribing antibiotics immediately whenever risk if infection, and shaving my rabbit that I adopted matted.

Someone thought of the creative idea to put one of my ferrets in the bag I brought with them (for the record, it was very funny). I didn’t leave their carrier with them and they plopped him right on top of his bedding in the bag and zipped it up. What a funny surprise! He was apparently surprisingly content in there too lol.
Every experience I’ve had here has been great. The front of house is always very friendly, the techs are nice and can answer most of my questions, and Dr Hach has always been very thorough with my furry kiddos. Very happy at this vets office!

Bob has given my one dog Tallulah an outlet for all her energy with his agility classes, and Stacey and Fran have both done really good work with the younger pups and have mentored me. The classes are extremely affordable and so so worth the money.

Tuxedo’s K9 Training Camp
892 East Ridge Road, RochesterIt was my first time leaving my one year old pitbull to be boarded at Tuxedo's K9. I was pretty nervous as she is reactive to other dogs and she has so much energy that being in a crate and boredom can lead to her harming herself. I messaged after her first night to share my nerves and see how she was doing. I was reassured almost immediately that she was being walked daily, getting individualized play, and was eating great. They also took the time to use her slow feeder and welcomed all her toys from home. When I picked her up 6 days later, she was happy and healthy. Once again I was informed that she had daily play and was let out for bathroom breaks every 4 hours even overnight. Highly recommend for boarding if you have a reactive dog with lots of energy.

The folks at Dogs at Play have been taking care of my 70lb rambunctious mixed breed dog for over two years. They very much care about the health and safety of the dogs and they also give my Joey the stimulation and exercise he needs when I am at work for an 8+ hour workday! I know he is in good hands and when I miss him I can check in on the online cameras which is very nice. I don't know what to would do without them!!

1963 East Main Street, RochesterThey helped us connect with our lovely grey boy (he was named Sherman. We ended up changing his name to Mr. biscuits) the volunteers did a wonderful job. They gave us his medical information.
Even though within about two weeks, we did notice he had some more dental issues. It wasn’t a complete shock because we knew about it based off his medical items. We were able to get the teeth removed that he had left. Truely blessed to have found him! Adoption always has some risk but it was made easy and wonderful by this kind staff.
