“I really prefer using Miller’s Pharmacy. The people are friendly and make you feel like they care. I called for a tetanus shot the other day and was able to come right over. They are the best!”
“Wanted to give a special shoutout to the guy William in the sub area. I was in a bind the other day trying to serve 40 people lunch and had only a half hour to spare. Will was calm cool and collected as he made the subs as fast as he could and put them on serving platters for me. So appreciative of him and the team for pulling that together on a busy Sunday.”
“This is a great place for meds as well as touristy/gift items. If they don't have what you need, they happily will order it. I found their texting service for prescriptions helpful. They also sanitize the checkout area when they see a sick person come in. I appreciate this place much more than a Walgreens or Rite Aid.”

“Very convenient location for me. Rx staff always friendly and helpful. I highly recommned the Rewards program, even if you are only an occational shopper. Biggest issue with the Avon NY location is the entrance; Turn in from Rte 5/20, you then need to immedately make a 90 degree turn - too sharp and you hit the curb that is hard to see, and too wide and you're at risk of crossing paths with cars comming out (partly becuse they don't go as far to thier right as they could.)”
“Always a wonderful experience... I'll choose a small town pharmacy this friendly over the big big options every time! Jen and John and the rest of the staff are always pleasant and there to help.”
“Great little pharmacy..everyone is friendly and professional. This is a very caring pharmacy and they treat the public very nice. I think they also deliver to a certain distance.”
“Wegmans pharmacy is my go-to for my family's healthcare needs. The pharmacists and techs are top-notch and always have a smile on their faces. It’s so convenient to have such a reliable pharmacy right inside my favorite grocery store. They truly make a chore feel like a pleasant visit.”
“I'd give them 5 stars if it weren't for one of their female workers (I won't disclose her name here but its burned into my memory). She answers the phone and has a serious attitude no matter if I'm just calling to reorder, check the status of a rx or attempt to figure out why they weren't getting the script from the dr (sent it 3 times). She offered to send another request to the provider but anything beyond that, don't expect help. ZERO compassion. Other pharmacies will offer to call the dr when being told the office has sent it previously. Not her. I asked for a fax number to provide to the dr but apparently their system doesn't work like that. Basically they do nothing except send another request. So now the provider has to call them to figure out why the script isn't going through. Hopefully she doesn't hang up on them for trying to get medicine to their patient like she did me.
I can't imagine being that miserable to people at work and still have a job.”

“It takes a bit to get someone on the phone, but once you do, these North Country folks are the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. It's almost like being on another planet compared to Baltimore and Washington DC.”

“I always get great service at this CVs pharmacy. today it was exceptional as the pharmacist was answering the phone, waiting on customers, and still got my script that had just been sent from Urgent Care done in 10 minutes. Her was cheerful and helpful the entire time. There was someone else stocking, but the rest was being done by the pharmacist.”

“The lead pharmacist here is literally the kindest most supportive and hard working pharmacist I’ve ever met. Her and her team just rock, they’re all really nice and helpful!”

“Wanted to particularly thank the woman who answered my call the evening of 7/11. Was having the worst few weeks with pain and surgery, and even though this pharmacy was out of the medication I desperately needed, she helped get an immediate partial filled at a nearby Wegmans pharmacy so I wasn't incapacitated all night. She made a huge difference for me. Thank you!”
“It's in the old Chase-Pitkin Warehouse, yeah you got to be over the age of 20 to remember that store before Lowe's and Home Depot came in and put them out of business.”
“Stop in every three months to pick up medical supplies…store is always nice and clean…shelves are always stocked….young lady was very pleasant this morning..”
“My experience while shopping at CVS was exuberated at check out. The attendant was a young lady by the name of Jazmin. She was kind, quick, and professional in tendering us. What stood out to me was her charisma. She delt with the customers in such a welcoming and caring way that it impressed. Jazmin treated everyone empathically, as though she knew everyone needs; moreover, she showed her willingness to assist beyond my expectations. Thanks, CVS, for employing such professionals. This store is the best.”
“I had a script to pick up. Normally I get them by mail but I had one my doctor wanted me to start now. Store is always clean, of course no tp which is standard nowadays. Very few customers and all had their masks on an stayed far apart. Clerk up front, because I had to buy candy and milk, was very cheerful. Reason for the 4 is l have an unusual insurance. Last time I got a script there was after they changed from Rite Aid to Walgreens. All records from before the takeover were gone so the very nice pharmacist called my new Rite Aid to find the form he needed. He even said the form was on my file so there wouldn't be any issues next time. He wasn't there this time and an unfriendly woman behind the pharmacy counter asked for my card, which I gave her only to have her push it back saying that's not the right thing. I told her it was the correct card and last time the pharmacist had found the form and said it was in my records. There was silence and she just said "OK it's $1.92". I handed her the money and she gave me my change and went right on to the next customer before I could even get my gloved handful of change and my script picked up and say thank you! She was just rude. The pharmacist saw me struggling with my full hands and glove and smiled and made a joke about how clumsy the gloves were which I agreed with. She was nice. Unfortunately it only takes one person to make things bad.”
“After Walgreens in Fairport’s total incompetence left me without medication, this pharmacy took over and I had medication within 20 minutes of calling them. Totally worth the drive to this smaller pharmacy inside the Honeoye Falls Marketplace…..another great find with an amazing selection. I feel lucky to have found this place!”
