“First time financing a car. Came to sva to look and see what's available. My husband and I met Bud. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very forth coming and honest with me. I was approved for more options than I expected. He was amazing and let us test drive all the cars we liked. I did end up finding a Subaru I love. Bud got me all set and told me what I needed. A few days later I got a phone call from Heather, she was a pleasure to deal with. Both bud and Heather were so welcoming and told me everything I needed to know. I picked up my beautiful car on Friday the 13th y'all!!! However, they ran though it making sure it was all good to go. Did any minor maintenance to her. I am sooo happy with this car. 2016 Subaru outback 3.6l fully loaded beauty. The one major concern I have is this car is so automated, there are so many sensors and cameras. so my worry is if something within those systems go wrong, the cost to fix may be rough. This is just something I must get used to as I have always driven 2009 and older. So far this buying experience has been nothing short of amazing. ( Best car buying experience ever, in my whole almost 40 years of life). Thank you Bud, Heather, and team.”
