“First time financing a car. Came to sva to look and see what's available. My husband and I met Bud. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very forth coming and honest with me. I was approved for more options than I expected. He was amazing and let us test drive all the cars we liked. I did end up finding a Subaru I love. Bud got me all set and told me what I needed. A few days later I got a phone call from Heather, she was a pleasure to deal with. Both bud and Heather were so welcoming and told me everything I needed to know. They made this car purchase so much easier than I expected it to be. I am nervous as this is my first time financing a car. however, they made the process so easy and enjoyable. I am very grateful to have found a great car and to have dealt with such great people. Thank you guys so much for all you did to get me a reliable car I can trust to have my family in. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Bud seems very smart when I comes to the cars he buys and sells. I picked up my beautiful car on Friday the 13th y'all!!! However, they ran though it making sure it was all good to go. Did any minor maintenance to her. I am sooo happy with this car. 2016 Subaru outback 3.6l fully loaded beauty. The one major concern I have is this car is so automated, there are so many sensors and cameras. so my worry is if something within those systems go wrong, the cost to fix may be rough. This is just something I must get used to as I have always driven 2009 and older. So far this buying experience has been nothing short of amazing. ( Best car buying experience ever, in my whole almost 40 years of life). Thank you Bud, Heather, and team.”
“I got a flat on my van way far out at a campground. I called these guys up and was pleasantly surprised. They were very nice and professional. They arrived in about an hour. The driver was really nice. We talked on the way back and I got a cool history lesson about the town. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a tow.”

“The right rear reflector on my Mazda CX-5 came loose and another place said they couldn't fix it. Brought the vehicle to LLQ, where I previously had an excellent experience. Mike asked if I had 30 minutes, so I took a walk and came back half an hour later to a repaired reflector.
Can't recommend LLQ highly enough. Quality work and friendly employees.”

I got 4 tires changed here, come to find out the last place that had worked on my car did not attach my brake caliper correctly so it was detached. They got my caliper back attached so I could get home safely. They thoroughly explained everything to me and showed me what needed to be done. It's nice to see some honest caring people. Will definitely be going back here again. They 100 percent went above and beyond today to ensure their customer got home safe.”
