What I appreciated most from my visit, is the clearly defined timeline and the no nonsense. I checked two other auto body shops in Poughkeepsie and they were telling me there would be a 30 day wait... or they would tell me to leave the car and wait an undefined amount of time. It was clear my suv wouldn't be prioritized for bigger projects. With BTO Autoworks there's none of that, it is strictly professional. It took about a week to get parts and a week for labor.
