“I have a Hybrid car and today Lake had to give me a tow bc car completely died. The driver tried his best to jump start car but wasn’t working so the boss did research and told me how to reset my EV battery. It was so helpful bc I had no clue. They have always helped us w any tow issues so going beyond to figure this problem out was extremely helpful.

“The folks at Foreign Car Specialists stood behind their parts and labor when a fan motor resistor failed after only 1 year in the car. They also remediated a problem with the glove box access to a motor which, for a year, I was puzzled as to why I could no longer get the glove box to open (never dreaming a mechanic would try to access a fan motor via the glove box). Standing behind their parts and labor is a huge plus in my book. And addressing a problem that had been caused during the previous repair work was an even bigger plus. Integrity.”

After my car accident he helped me with basically the whole process telling me what I should do and who I should contact to get me through this tough situation. He makes time for you and is incredibly patient. You don’t find many people in this field who are transparent, supportive, nice, and knowledgeable. “I wanna start by saying I don’t ever write reviews anywhere at all ever! So with that being said the fact that I’m writing a review for CountyWide Towing says a lot! But I just had to because the service they provide is awesome. They definitely go above and beyond and out of their way not just to service you but to make sure you’re good all the way through whatever process you’re dealing with that has you needing a tow truck. My tow truck driver‘s name was Jonnie and I had a car accident about a week ago and he still text’s me following up and making sure I’m good and his father Scott went out of his way to meet me at the yard to let me empty out my vehicle some places don’t even let you see your car again until you pay for it. So yeah, if you ever need a tow place, they’re your guy!”

“My wife and I are new to the area. Last week her car died. We brought it to the nearest repair shop (not Green’s) in Rhinebeck. They replaced the battery and the car made it home. Our next time using the car it started to lose power. The repair shop never diagnosed the car and just assumed it was the battery. We found Green’s and it just so happened to be 3 minutes from home. We had enough charge to make it to Green’s and dropped it off on Friday night. We left the key in the drop box and a note on the car. First thing Monday, Art called to tell us the alternator was bad. When we picked the car up, We paid the bill and Art mentioned he replaced the serpentine belt as well. Art was great! We paid a very fair price and couldn’t be happier with the prompt attention to our commuter car. We found ourselves a real gem in Green’s! We always prefer to support local and if you’re in the area, I believe you can trust Art to be fair, take care of your vehicle without feeling taken. Highly recommend Art and Green’s! “I had a dented fender on my 2024 Subaru, so I went over to Precision to get an estimate. Lana was kind and welcoming and turned me over to Doug to have a look. Doug gave me a great estimate and I booked the job with Lana.
When I picked up my car it looked better than when I first drove it out of the showroom! The repair was invisible and my car was immaculate. Lana, Doug and their team gave me the car repair experience of a lifetime.
But wait, there's more: The car looked so amazing when I got home, I wanted to take pics so I would always remember what Precision delivers.
I'm a bit embarrassed to say I left the tailgate open and drove into the garage, scratching the gate. Literally one hour after delivery, I messed it up.
So I went back to tell Doug and Lana what I had done. They were so kind and empathetic. Of course I expected them to mock me, but they were caring instead.
Yes, I did have them repair the gate and of course it was returned to me in showroom condition just as it was after the first repair.

“I was told at the dealership That I needed a new tensioner(~$800). As well as new brakes and rotors and pads ($1400+) . I called on a Friday at 1, they got my car in within 30 minutes, Larry took the time to go over it and called me to let me know he didn’t believe that the work that was diagnosed was truly needed. The quote he gave me for the tensioner was half(including labor) of what the dealership said. In my experience It’s rare as a woman to have a mechanic be honest with you, but this mechanic was. He advised I will need new tires in the future but not necessarily now. I’ll be sending all friends and family here.”

“I still have the 2003 Chevrolet Blazer that I used as school transportation when I was a 16 year old kid a little over a decade ago. The truck had been sitting for a few years and needed a new engine, front clip, wiring harness, and pretty much everything else ahead of the front wheels. I had bought a nearly identical crash vehicle as a parts car with the intention of swapping everything over myself but had to relocate due to new employment before I could start work and no longer had access to a home with a garage. I sent over both vehicles to Hyatt's and Ron did an absolutely incredible job getting my Blazer working again at the most reasonable price possible. This was an absolutely gigantic amount of work and required an immense amount of specialized tools and knowledge. Many mechanic shops would've refused this job due to its complexity and abnormality. Almost all of the shops that would have agreed to take the cars would not have been as communicative or resilient. I am lucky to have found them.
