“Firewood is 3 bundles for $21. Produce seemed fresh but still the same from the mass produce companies, not like small farms in the area. Staff is very friendly, and the store is big, so you can walk around to different departments and even sit in their atrium.”

The employees of this location are the nicest and most helpful of any Home Depot I’ve been to, volunteering assistance without prompting. I sometimes feel silly going in with really basic questions but they never bat an eye which I appreciate.”

“Recently, I had a $5k project, and Karen @ the customer service desk helped me through it. Then I had a delivery issue, where the warehouse didn't deliver $1100 worth of materials even though they said they did. Karen again stepped up and helped me. She got me in touch with a manager, Crissy. Crissy ended up getting my money return after reviewing the video footage I had. This manager is awesome!
As for Karen, she deserves a raise/promotion. (I know there are other employees at this store who do a great job, but I can only talk about my interaction.)

I shop here occasionally, but this behavior is not welcoming or customer friendly.”
