“I wish I lived in Fishkill, NY so I could get my car serviced at NTC all the time. Earlier this month my husband and I had started our annual trek from NH to FL, where we stay for much of the winter. We exited the highway to get gas, hoping we could get to the gas cap since it’s door had been seriously bent in the evening before . With incredible good fortune, we passed an autobody shop on the way to the gas station. Odds were against getting help without an appointment, but we took a chance and turned in anyway. Not only was the door fixed immediately, but with a smile and a hand wave of “no charge.” Such genuine caring is not commonly found. “Stopped in bc i had a noise coming from my front end. Found out my brakes were really bad. The last place i took my car to honestly did me dirty and by the looks of it didn’t do their job at all. Kayla ordered my parts right away and they worked on it same day; it was done within 5 hours! I honestly was expecting to leave my car a few days. Mike even brought me back in the garage to show me what exactly was wrong and explained everything to me. Highly recommend them. “Around 3 in morning I and my son in-law were stuck in a ditch on Salt Point Turnpike and extreme towing came and got us out. I really wish I had money to tip him but I never carry cash on me it took him over an hour to get us out because we were so deep in the ditch but he did an awesome job and was patient and I couldn’t be more appreciative of him.I didn’t get his name but I thank you so much for all the hard work you did.”
“I’ve been hearing this rattling in my Camry for a few months. Took it to Toyota and they quoted me $3000 for new struts, top mount and sway bar. Took it to Fishkill Tire and Auto and asked if they could price me out. Bill said, “Let me take it for a drive first.” Within a few minutes he said, “that’s not the top mount or the struts. I think it’s coming from the brakes.” Lifted the car up and sure enough, the people that installed my brake pads cut them too short. It was the brake pad rattling! $140 and I was out with a car that no longer rattles! They just made a customer for life.”

“I had a car accident where I hit the side of my Land Rover into the guard rail on the Taconic Highway in order to avoid a deer that was crossing. The side of the suv took a terrible hit on the body.I'm absolutely so glad I found BTO Autoworks through word of mouth. They do not have the biggest online presence, but rest assured they are a GREAT autobody shop. Ray and his staff did a great job fixing my suv back to new. What I appreciated most from my visit, is the clearly defined timeline and the no nonsense. I checked two other auto body shops in Poughkeepsie and they were telling me there would be a 30 day wait... or they would tell me to leave the car and wait an undefined amount of time. It was clear my suv wouldn't be prioritized for bigger projects. With BTO Autoworks there's none of that, it is strictly professional. It took about a week to get parts and a week for labor.
