I want to give a huge thank you to Julia, the manager at Zumiez in the Poughkeepsie Galleria, and her amazing team, Sydney and Ant. My son and I had one of the best shopping experiences we’ve ever had, and it was entirely because of this outstanding staff.
From the moment we walked in, Julia and her team were warm, cheerful, and extremely hospitable. They were knowledgeable about current sales and deals, helped us pull the right sizes for him, and even offered great style recommendations that he ended up loving. What stood out the most was how naturally they worked together, when Julia stepped away to assist another customer, Sydney and Ant jumped right in without being asked, making sure the experience continued seamlessly.
Every team member contributed, making the entire visit fun, memorable, and effortless. Their positive energy and professionalism created an atmosphere that felt genuinely inviting.

“I love shopping here by myself or with my mom. We always find great deals on beautiful clothing, and the customer service is top notch with plenty of staff to assist you in any way. The store is very clean and organized too, to help you feel relaxed while perusing for the perfect items. The fitting rooms offer a pleasing atmosphere where you feel safe and comfortable to try on your choices as well. If you've never tried Talbot's clothing before, or have only shopped with them online, then I highly suggest you try their lovely in-store experience.”
“Great store! I go here frequently. Staff are welcoming, very helpful and want to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. They answer questions about clothing, give helpful recommendations, offer to get any other sizes or items you'd like to try on while in dressing room. Offer to order another color or size if they don't have it. The store is clean, neat and well organized. Love the styles (from casual to work to dressy). J Jill offers many specials to lower your total cost. Don't know what I'd do without the local J Jill store.”

“I absolutely love ILY!!! Items are reasonably priced and fits me right. Most importantly is my favorite sales associate Mina, for me!!!! I actually think she's a manager I'm not sure but if she's not she should be cuz she's amazing!!!! She's always helping and honest about her opinions of how the clothes look on you. She hasn't let me down yet. She's so good at her job that my boyfriend who hates going to the mall actually likes taking me there to buy jeans that fit perfectly and look good on me... It's one of the only reasons I still go into the mall.”

I never leave without some wonderful shirt, sweater or even a gift for my husband. Great place to find that special something. Love it- and love the garage! “NUTZ is always our go-to for those items you know you won't find anywhere else. We recently brought our kids there to browse their mineral and gemstone selection. They were very excited to see all the options available. We ended up picking some smaller, reasonably priced items (as things here can be quite expensive).
We then browsed the rest of the store, admiring the random jubilee of knick knacks they offer. From glass and clay sculptures, to unique jewelry and perfumes. It's always a good time browsing their selection.”

The owner, Katherine, is both professional and incredibly friendly, always greeting you with a warm smile and a helpful attitude. Her store is consistently clean, well-organized, and welcoming—something that makes every shopping experience enjoyable.
Katherine clearly puts a lot of thought into the items she brings in. The boutique is filled with unique, carefully curated pieces that you won’t find anywhere else. She keeps the inventory fresh with new arrivals coming in regularly, which makes every visit exciting. Whether you’re shopping for something casual or a special outfit, there’s always something that catches your eye.
The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality and uniqueness of the merchandise. I’ll definitely continue shopping here and highly recommend Divas & Dons to anyone looking for standout fashion and a great shopping experience right here in Poughkeepsie. ❤️ TY”
“I come shopping here quite frequently. I specially their last act, thus is where you will find their markdowns. Done are to be left behind and other times there is a success. They are starting to come out with the spring fashion items. Snd of course it s depends on your style. It's just fun to go shopping. Very therapeutic”
“Old Navy in Poughkeepsie is in absolutely great shape, and every time I stop in here it feels like the store just keeps getting better. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean and well-organized everything is. The shelves are neat, the tables are folded perfectly, and the aisles are easy to walk through without anything thrown around or out of place. You can tell the staff here really takes pride in keeping the store looking sharp.
The selection is always solid too — tons of jeans, hoodies, kids’ clothes, and seasonal stuff, all fully stocked and easy to find. I appreciate when a store actually feels ready for customers instead of looking picked over, and this Old Navy definitely delivers on that. Prices are clearly marked, the fitting rooms are clean, and checkout is fast and friendly.
What really stands out is how welcoming the store feels. The employees greet you, offer help if you need it, and let you shop comfortably without pressure. It’s the kind of location you don’t mind coming back to because you already know it’s going to be a smooth, pleasant shopping experience.
If you’re looking for a clean, organized Old Navy with great customer service and plenty of good finds, this is definitely the one to visit. Highly recommended — 5 stars.”

And the service is always really good. I do sometimes think items are Very overpriced, unless you have a coupon or Kohls cash.”

“The employee Nadia was especially helpful to me as I was shopping for a men's suit. As I was paying for the suit and tie Nadia took the time to treat me as a valued Macy's customer by explaining to me the Stars and Loyalty programs so that I could save money on my future purchases and thereby demonstrating that Macy's values each customer and is willing to work hard to earn each customer's repeat business. With care she put my suit in a garment bag and made sure to tie the bottom of the garment bag so that my suit did not slip off the hanger and fall onto the parking lot. Nadia was very professional and friendly.”
