I want to give a huge thank you to Julia, the manager at Zumiez in the Poughkeepsie Galleria, and her amazing team, Sydney and Ant. My son and I had one of the best shopping experiences we’ve ever had, and it was entirely because of this outstanding staff.

From the moment we walked in, Julia and her team were warm, cheerful, and extremely hospitable. They were knowledgeable about current sales and deals, helped us pull the right sizes for him, and even offered great style recommendations that he ended up loving. What stood out the most was how naturally they worked together, when Julia stepped away to assist another customer, Sydney and Ant jumped right in without being asked, making sure the experience continued seamlessly.

Every team member contributed, making the entire visit fun, memorable, and effortless. Their positive energy and professionalism created an atmosphere that felt genuinely inviting.

“I love this place...How did I not know about this wonderful shop. Its cozy and fun! She has wonderful taste, so much to choose from. Gifts for yourself and others. I never leave without some wonderful shirt, sweater or even a gift for my husband. Great place to find that special something. Love it- and love the garage! “Old Navy in Poughkeepsie is in absolutely great shape, and every time I stop in here it feels like the store just keeps getting better. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean and well-organized everything is. The shelves are neat, the tables are folded perfectly, and the aisles are easy to walk through without anything thrown around or out of place. You can tell the staff here really takes pride in keeping the store looking sharp.

The selection is always solid too — tons of jeans, hoodies, kids’ clothes, and seasonal stuff, all fully stocked and easy to find. I appreciate when a store actually feels ready for customers instead of looking picked over, and this Old Navy definitely delivers on that. Prices are clearly marked, the fitting rooms are clean, and checkout is fast and friendly.

I had fainted in the store when my fiancé and I at the time we’re shopping for a suit for him for our wedding. and the staff was nothing but kind throughout the whole thing. “LOFT absolutely deserves a full five stars! I stopped in during Black Friday to pick up some Christmas gifts for my girlfriend, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience. Even with the store being packed and everyone hunting for deals, the staff stayed calm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. You could tell they were putting in real effort to make sure every customer found what they needed.

I walked in with only a general idea of what I was looking for, and within minutes one of the associates helped guide me toward the perfect outfits. They didn’t rush me or push anything I didn’t want — instead, they took the time to ask what my girlfriend likes, what sizes she normally wears, and even suggested pieces that would match her style. That alone made the stress of Black Friday disappear.

The store itself was surprisingly organized despite the huge crowds. Racks were neat, tables were stocked, and the dressing rooms were kept clean and moving quickly. I was honestly impressed. LOFT clearly knew how to handle the busiest shopping day of the year without letting the quality drop.

I ended up leaving with multiple gifts I know my girlfriend is going to love — sweaters, tops, and accessories that look high-quality and stylish. The discounts were amazing, the service was excellent, and the whole experience made Christmas shopping way easier than I expected. As I was paying for the suit and tie Nadia took the time to treat me as a valued Macy's customer by explaining to me the Stars and Loyalty programs so that I could save money on my future purchases and thereby demonstrating that Macy's values each customer and is willing to work hard to earn each customer's repeat business. With care she put my suit in a garment bag and made sure to tie the bottom of the garment bag so that my suit did not slip off the hanger and fall onto the parking lot. Nadia was very professional and friendly.”
