However, one employee, Collin, is reported to be a "know-it-all" and "snarky and rude." The store also faced some logistical challenges, such as customers having to wait for the cashier to locate pre-ordered parts. In one instance, a customer's camper broke down, and the sales manager, Tristan Yocum, went above and beyond to help. He came in on his day off, replaced the starter, and even followed the customer to another AutoZone location to ensure they got the correct part. Despite the camper's ongoing issues, Tristan persistently worked to get it running again, even suggesting the customer not turn it off to avoid further problems. Thanks to Tristan's exceptional customer service, the customer was able to safely return home.
For a reasonable priced bulb they even complimentary put a new headlight bulb into my husbands Charger. He had been pulled over by Hornell PD for a headlamp out. He was able to resolve his fix it ticket promptly. Thank you.
