“They helped me find a set of brake pads for my wifes car that nobody ele had correct listing for. Went above and beyond what I expected!! This is an excellent example of how customer service is supposed to be!! Thank you!! You will be my first call from now on!”
“This shop is my go to!!! I will recommend it to anyone! The people are sweet, and they work very hard for you. When they say they'll call you, they do! When they tell you the job will take approximately this long, they know what they're talking about!!! I love these guys!!!”
“Very happy. They helped me with getting the proper fluids I needed and also tested the battery I brought in and checked and saw still under warranty which I did not know. Friendly and nice talking with”

“Came for dog cookies for the Dane and there was very much variety. They have pets such as chicken and ducks. There are funny cards to read at checkout and just something is fun about hearing the animals chirp. Would shop here again”

“For a reasonable priced bulb they even complimentary put a new headlight bulb into my husbands Charger. He had been pulled over by Hornell PD for a headlamp out. He was able to resolve his fix it ticket promptly. Thank you.”
“Did parts pick-up after ordering online. Parts were ready, store employee was friendly & quick the receipt. He even installed the wiper blade on my car on an 18 degree day! A+++ experience!”
“Life saver. We had a nail in our tire traveling. We got to Salamanca and the tire got a nail and went out and then the front went out. With a can of fix a flat and a donut we got back to our house in Hornell and took it in the next day. They popped 4 new tires on it without an appointment with a rarer size and for a good price! Competitors wouldn’t have had them in stock for a few days. Why 4? The other 2 were balding and best to just get her all done. To note the wait for a few days here would not usually an issue as far as competitors but it was this time because my kiddos go to school in KY. So we had to get them back without missing much more class! And safer now. Thanks!”

“Above and Beyond- John made my Jeep look better than when I first bought it! Exceptional workmanship and service. John went beyond the basics of bodywork and repair to create an awesome experience. This is the pride of workmanship that too many places are losing... well, John and his folks have it!”
