“They just so happen to have an employee sitting in the verizon store when I went in to ask about phone damage. As the verizon person was rude and unhelpful the employee who was not even on the clock stood up and helped me, referred me to their store. I went over there and had my screen repaired IN UNDER 20 minutes. Are you kidding me? That’s insane service. You guys need to go over to that verizon store and save everyone like myself who needs help from those rude employees.”
