Personally i think we are lucky to have this store right here. Staff is great and knowledgeable and almost always find what I need.....and I don't have to do the big crowded Home Improvement stores !!! Pricing is fair and quality of product is great !!

nice place, nice boss but the young kids that work there do not know how to make keys , i made two trips and they are still wrong , i now have to make a third trip to get refunded

A young man helped me right away to find the product I was looking for, so their customer service was excellent. Good people and the store is crammed with tools and supplies. Glad they are in the neighborhood.

Great neighborhood store. Staff is extremely helpful and polite. When they dont have item they will order it. I find going here alot easy than getting lost in s bigger outlet store.

I shop on the ACE Hardware App, and Cross Bay Hardware consistently has what I want IN-STOCK. It's a fairly long bus ride both ways, but I just sit & read in a fairly comfortable environment.
When I have extra time, I love to wander the well-stocked & clean aisles.
