I hate going to this back lately. I've been going there because I have to do a bank deposit for my boss. It's horrible in there. There's always a line, and the line is always moving so slow, because the tellers are sooooo slow.
And there is a rude person working in there too some guy I don't know his name, but he's really rude

This place is disgusting yesterday I went there with my 6 year old to cash my check. I work two jobs and because I’m a young black male I was automatically stereotyped Patricia act as if something was wrong with my check and how she couldn’t verify it this is a check from my actual job not a personal check or anything of the matter I work for two different homeless shelter companies one banks with chase and the other banks with Bank of America she called the manager Gabriella over they both stated they couldn’t verify the person who wrote the check signature which was awkward and this is actually my first time going to this location in Howard beach so I asked for their names they tried to politely dismiss me because they assume he’s a black guy he might act crazy in here I left and went to the location in gateway mall the bank teller didn’t give me no problems she kindly asked for my information and cashed my check with no problem Patrica is a racist white woman and she needs to be removed it’s not fit for her to be there with all that damn hatred in her heart and Gabriella as well. She really tried to act like she was gonna help me at first talking about my manager has to sign off on it. She either don’t know how to do her job ,she’s racist or she just didn’t want to figure out how to help me either way she needs to go bye bye.

Zero stars if possible, the teller withdrew money from my account while I wasn’t there, and gave it to someone else, how does that even happen? The bank manager Gabriela tried to tell me it was a “system error”. The manager is also very unprofessional and will cut you off when you are talking. I called the police and filed a report.
