they are using the covid 19 as an excuse for the poorest customer service - it's a huge teller glassed teller area and they say 3 reps in back is all nyc permits - no way - not possible - the lines go out the door and down the block - i do the best i can cause they offer the best accounts and services - i have to remind myself of that any time i need to go in - btw the teller area is huge - they need to hire but they won't
