Poor quality bank I’ve been having signature problems , even though I’m verified and it’s me there, can’t get my money because signatures problems and can’t be fixed unless I go to the point of origin so if I moved to another state I would always need to come New York get stuff fixed because in other states would be useless

This bank is best for those who prefer working with people and not machines. Their online banking is not a match for other banks, very dated in that respect. But customer service is where they thrive. You can go in any day and whether they are busy or not, they never turn you away and that’s what matters most to me. Other banks want appointments in advance and refuse to help on the spot.

I have dealt with these same people for over 20 years. Two out 12 are helpful and pleasant. The rest are rude, disrespectful, slow. As I entered the bank n sign in they don't acknowledge me. It's seems their conversation is more important. I'm tired of hearing the tall lady speak poorly about the Chase bank staff. Show some common courtesy and respect.

Oh boy, where to start - well, my father recently passed away due to complications with dementia. Unfortunately, he was the co-signer of a disability account for my brother. Now all anyone at this bank needed to do was just once allow my brother to take the funds from his account without my father present, with our mother (his spouse) being available if need be. You'd like to think that after knowing the entire family & doing business with us for close to a decade, knowing that we've been dealing with dementia for even longer than that, & knowing how difficult it is to change the co-signer for the account (at the SS office, in person, meaning a day off from work I can't afford since I have to BURY MY DAD) that they'd help us out this one time. Nope, so now we both have to take another day off work, find someone to stay with or mother who just lost her husband & has issues with anxiety/depression, and probably spend anywhere from 3-5 hours just to get a useless piece of paper giving the ok. To the manager that is there on weekends (don't know her name, she's mid to late thirties with black hair) I can only hope one day to be in a position where I can return the favor - THANKS FOR NOTHING

Bank teller is either incompetent or dishonest. More than once with the same bank teller. Which has been there for many years, after depositing into my checking account and leaving the bank, ten minutes later I get a text alert on my cell phone. That There was a Withdrawal From the same account. I Immediately went back to the bank and asked about the withdrawal that I did not make. After approaching the same bank teller That made my deposit transaction . Which was the same person that made the withdrawal. said That she mistakenly taken A withdrawal From my account for another customer. Really I know when I go to the bank to make a deposit or a withdrawal, I need either my debit card, or a slip with my bank account number on it. So how can this possibly be a mistake.
