Do not leave your samples here. 2 of us left samples and 1 got lost and 1 is still not tested 5 days later. Go to the quest on Jamaica Ave.

Why does it seem as though there’s only one phlebotomist working here today. I arrived at 12:20 for a 1 pm appointment.; it’s now 12:55 and there’s still 5 persons before me. This really sucks. Management needs to look into what’s going on here and make changes for the better.

Made an appt online. Showed up early. Waiting room progressively got more and more full. Not a single technician or employee was to be seen for over a 1/2 hour while we were all waiting, not knowing what was going on. Finally, another patient went in the back to see what the hell was happening and Found that All the exam rooms were empty and all of the technicians were in one room with the door closed. Srsly so unprofessional and inconsiderate. They just decided to ‘have a meeting’ and left us all hanging. In the end, I waited over an hour. Made me very concerned that their incompetence would carry over into my labs. I understand things take time and waits are common but they could have at least communicated SOMETHING to us. Corporate healthcare is a total racket. It’s all churn and burn.

Total crap. These guys overbook. I have an appointment I was 30 minutes early for and the wait time is over an hour. Mind blowing. Pick somewhere else.

Had an appointment for 810. I checked in at 800am... Didnt get seen until 9am... Workers were socializing and werent calling patients. I would not be booking another appointment at this location. Also although the technician only poked me once she left a black and blue and I've never gotten a black and blue before. I've gotten my blood drawn numerous times before and never had a mark.

Definitely avoid Quest labs at all costs. They have zero human support of any kind; you can eventually Live Chat who has no information and then eventually you can call a national phone bank who has even less information..Even worse though is the wait.. showed 15 min early and already waiting 35 min past my scheduled appointment. Others around me are 60 min past their scheduled appointment for a little child.. Quest is a scam. Complain to your health insurance !!

I rushed to Quest Diagnostics trying to make it before their stated closing time of 5 PM, only to be told by the nurse that they couldn’t see me because their last appointment was at 4:40. He claimed their computers “shut down” at 4:45 and since he already had two patients, he didn’t think he could fit us in.
This is extremely frustrating because their website clearly states their last official appointment is at 4:50, and their posted business hours are until 5 PM. How does that make sense? If the computers stop working at 4:45, why even list 4:50 as an appointment time? Either their website is misleading, or the staff member was not being truthful about the computer situation.
It’s unfair to customers who are scrambling to make it on time based on the information provided by Quest Diagnostics themselves. If the closing time is effectively before 5 PM, it should be clearly stated on their website to avoid wasting people's time.

The worst. Never on time with appointments, slow, don't follow appointments, make comments on things that are no interest to them. They should just do their job and move on.

I do not recommend coming here. The man who took my blood COULD NOT find my vein and still stuck a needle in me. With each tube of taking my blood he kept pushing the needle deeper and deeper. I go to a medical/dental school and they indeed said he had no idea of what he was doing. I left with a stiff arm and in harsh pain for 3 days. From August 7 to August 12 I am still bruised badly.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I have a medical condition that inhibits my ability to urinate, and I was made to feel like a criminal. They will now mark me as a “refusal”, likely costing me my chance at job. Even though I made the appointment (it was not mandated) and could have picked any date other than today, so no reason for stalling. I am considering seeking legal counsel over this I am so upset

My Painless Encounter: My Experience with Phlebotomist Ann.
For half a century, I’ve braced myself for the inevitable discomfort that comes with blood tests. The sharp sting and the anxious anticipation of the needle have been all too familiar. However, my latest experience with a phlebotomist named Ann was remarkable.
Ann’s approach to drawing blood was a blend of art and training. With a gentle touch and a confident smile, she performed the procedure so painlessly and effortlessly that it left me in awe. It was a stark contrast to the numerous times I’ve been “stuck” in both arms and hands before locating a vein, often leaving me with a sense of dread for the next time.
But Ann changed that. Her skillful technique made the process seamless, and for the first time in fifty years, I found myself completely at ease during a blood draw. Professionals like Ann transform routine medical procedures into comfortable and stress-free experiences.
Thank you, Ann, for your exceptional care and for setting a new standard in patient comfort for me. Your expertise is truly appreciated!
