Terrible service there not an actual person that you can talk to everything is done by computers or automated. What’s the point of making an appointment if they take walk ins and make u wait additional time. There’s no bathroom to use. How is quest still in business

At this site there are extremely long wait times. They do not see walk in patients so do not bother ( even if you go 1.5 hours and wait) they close up and say they need to take care of people with appointments in a rude manner. They should not state they take walk in patients if you cannot be seen after 1-1.5 hours of waiting - that is inexcusable. They are unaccommodating to patients and there is a clear lack of care when it comes to attending patients. I understand why this facility was closed down before. They should not waste people's time and rush them out rudely and abruptly saying they are taking care of patients with appointments when it was clear they were rushing to close up shop and go home and for us to call corporate and complain because only the walk-ins that had waited for hours were left. Don't waste your time - this site doesn't accommodate / accept walk ins. I am very frustrated that my time was wasted here and I was rudely rushed out

This is a shame on Quest Diagnostics as a whole that nobody in the entire company could address all the customers service complains online the problem still persist. If l had read the reviews before God knows that l will not allow my doctor's office to schedule an appointment for me at this location.

Photos of my arms after a July 2, 2020 visit to the Howard Beach location. Please people, if you sincerely know your body and the proper needles and locations to have blood drawn, do not let any phlebotomist tell you otherwise. Both my arms suffered phlebitis and multiple nerve damage due to the negligence of the woman who drew my blood. I was specific about the locations and the type of needle. Due to her arrogance, she chose otherwise. As a result, I still suffer and have lost my career as a federal sign language interpreter due to her stupidity. To this day, I am still under medical care.If you are ever injured, DO NOT CONTACT Quest’s legal team. Lies. Lies. More lies. This system is so twisted that facilities and attorneys are paid to manipulate truths so that they sweep you under a rug.Protect yourself and the people you love.

Super slow service, it doesn't matter if you make an appointment, you have to wait about 1 hour after your appointment, the person is not friendly at all, if you go to this place keep in mind that you are going to wait a long time.

I would not recommend this location, I go for fasting blood work early in the morning no one is there to answer any questions, one person walk in to speak with the staff and he advise her , when I tried to ask him a question he said you can’t be here and it’s not guaranteed that you’ll be seen as a walk in. I was finally able to get an appointment for later that day we both missed a day of work, we went back on the appointment time, waited again, while other people came in and checked in as walk in and was called after me, while other with appointments is waiting, they staff is there for the pay check. I go back day later to drop off urine and was told you have to check in and wait while they already have all my information. They need professional training.

If I could rate no stars? I would. No associates to help with kiosks out front. Wait time is atrocious even if you have an appointment. Make sure you never get a phlebotomist "Ann". Indifferent, aloof, cold. I asked for butterfly needle because I'm a 'hard stick" (Literally, was labeled this by a RN in an emergency room in 2015). It's a smaller needle and less painful. She gave me some bullshit excuse of they can't replenish their stock and she was saving it for kids. WTF??!!?? So, she used a regular gauge needle and caused me so much pain to make me whimper. Also, she damaged the vein very badly that she had to draw another tube from the other arm. Yeah, NOW she used that butterfly needle. Because ~she~ needed it to finish the job that she half-assed. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Picture is my bruise 1 week old.
