Thieves, worst customer service ever. If I could give them 0 starts I would. They stole my package which contains Beats headphones, they said it’s delayed meanwhile fedex tracked the package at that location. They STEAL PACKAGE ? the guy even hung up on me when I called to try and figure out what they’ve done to my package. THEY STOLE MY BEATS BY DRE

Super fast service. I went on Valentine's Day to take my passport photo. I was quickly assisted by one of the employees. She was very patient with me outstanding customer services skills. My picture came out decent. All the shelf where fully stock and I look through all of the aisle. You could feel the Valentine's Day Love as you enter the store and see all the different flavors chocolates and different styles of balloons.

I’m a 90% disabled veteran, the rain stopped enough to drive over here for a gallon of spring water, it’s 9:47pm and they got the door locked. Why!?! Saturday you close at 10pm. The security won’t open and all I need to buy is a gallon of Poland spring. Now I am out of water and options.

Called repeatedly to speak to someone in the pharmacy and was on hold for 20+ minutes each time. Called to speak to someone in the store and no one picked up each time I called. I'm confused. Is no one working in a store that is supposed to be open. Or are the cashiers not allowed to answered the phone. I live nearby and the store is never that busy to where someone can not pick up the phone and acknowledge the person on the other end

They never pick up the phone. I placed an online order and got an email stating that someone else picked it up.I called and waited for 20 mins and no one picked up the phone. Now I m heading to the store to inquire who picked up my package!!**Problem resolved

I called the store to find out if they had the printer to print FedEx label. Was on hold for 20min then the phone was drop. I went to the store and ask for the manager and I was told he was in the office and that the phone in the front was not working. That is a poor excuse for a Walgreens store. You only have one phone?

Idk if this is just a miserable job, or what, but the workers here hate their jobs. Every time I go, without fail, there is the longest line ever. Today, when I finally got up to the cashier, I had to ask her twice why an item wasn't ringing up at 40% off even though they were on the shelves marked 40 off. No response. I say ok take it off. Then, after I pay, I had to reach behind the partition to get my items because she wasn't kind enough to put them back within my reach after scanning them. I've been going to this location since it was a rite aid. Since the HIP center was still in business and it looks the EXACT same. It's falling apart. Get better workers and fix the place up already.
