The view here is genuinely stunning. If you’re going for scenery and architecture, this mall delivers. Floor-to-ceiling windows, open layout, and you can see the whole skyline or waterfront depending on which side you’re on. Great spot to walk around or grab a coffee just for the atmosphere.
But let’s be real: this place is built for well-off shoppers. Stores are almost all luxury brands and designer boutiques. Even the food court leans upscale. Expect to pay 2-3x normal retail for basically everything. Window shopping is free, but that’s about it.
*Pros:* Amazing views, beautiful design, clean and quiet, great photo ops
*Cons:* Extremely expensive, not practical for regular shopping, feels exclusive
Come for the view or to splurge, not for everyday errands. If you’re not ready to drop serious cash, you’ll be leaving with just pictures.”

“Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue was a great surprise. The building itself is elegant and impressive, with a beautiful atrium, shops and places to sit and relax for a bit. The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful, which made the visit feel comfortable and safe. It’s a nice stop right in the heart of Manhattan, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone exploring New York.”

From a wide selection of low to high priced brands, curated events, a good selection of eateries, and a hospitable village staff, as well as the complimentary shuttle to and from the nearby UBS LIRR station, this village is too good for the nearby demographic. Too good because the demographic that are attracted to the village are quiet the low spenders, many of whom clearly don’t spend a dime here and just visit for the purpose of leisure activity. It’s disappointing that the folks who visit this village do not invest back into it. Hopefully with the addition of more luxury brands in the future, it will attract intentional high spenders. This village is a gem that must not he taken for granted! I wish it nothing but great success!”

“One of the few “flat malls” you will find in NYC. Plenty of parking, restaurants, a large supermarket, liquor stores, and other kinds of shops and offices. Just north of Northern Blvd and not far from the BQE.”
“Attractive interior setting and smells good inside with drink ingredients. Not as much seating room as previous bubble tea house. Cold green tea matcha was OK and can be improved with a better balance of less milk. Can't taste the matcha as I do in the Godiva chocolate bubble tea drinks.”
“There is a new accountant office inside this mall, which is highly recommended. It's called Sanchez llc. Pablo Sánchez is an excellent, trustworthy, and very kind person. The office manager, Martha, is awesome as well.

“September 2026. Great customer service. Clean environment, including restrooms. Lots of home items for everyone, there's a few rows with clearances and affordable to all. Free parking with a large capacity. There's other stores in the mall that you can shop around, including food, drinks and ice cream. Good spot to spend a day.”

“New store alert!! Downstairs of busy mall opened a new store with Korean style clothing and cute dresses!! It’s very clean design and the owner is very helpful in giving you tips to what outfits matches you! Prices are reasonable and quality of the clothes are very good!!”

“It's a pretty convenient place to do quick errands. they have a they have a jewelry store, a Rainbow clothing store, sneaker store, nail salon ,a beauty supply store , a Chase Bank and a Key Food supermarket. There's also a small liquor store(which is not ghetto looking at all) a convenience store and a few eateries. The bathroom is upstairs and it's generally pretty clean .you have a security on hand, and also there's a Rite Aid pharmacy right before entering the the mall,but it's adjoining the mall, a huge parking lot, with unlimited parking. there's also a post office, there's also a store that sells Bed and bathroom supplies such as kitchen and bathroom towels curtains Etc and a tool supply store. The shopping center overall is really clean and neat no rollerblading no loud music and also no skateboarding is allowed inside. Not a bad place to get some errands ran will quickly, along with getting a bite to eat.
UPDATE... RITE AID IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.. THERE'S WALGREENS ACROSS THE STREET ON THE CORNER OF BAISLEY AND GUY R BREWER BLVD..there's also a small mom and pop pharmacy inside the mall (which has been there for years). The Bed and Bathroom store is no longer there but joined hands with the discount store and is now selling limited choices. I missed the standing alone store, nevertheless if you need something for your bathroom quickly that can be a choice. Aunt Annie's recently opened within the mall.”

The other options here aside from Bel Aire Diner aren't very useful, consistent or high quality. Whoever owns this needs to find a commercial tenant to replace the old Petco place. The Post Office quality of service varies by season. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's terrible. Starbucks is now also vacant so they need to make use of that space.”

“This little mall, if you can call it that, is similar to the New World Mall next door. It is small, just one floor, but there is a very good tailor as well as shoe repair guy in the back. Tina's Tailors Inc. is stall B7. This location is a bunch of tiny stalls with vendors selling things from wigs, clothing, children's clothing, jewelry and accessories, as well as you can take your things to get repaired, hemmed or altered.”
