Run...don't walk and go see Britney Nunez at T-Mobile on Crossbay Blvd in Howard Beach - I recently went there with a "situation" and she quickly problem solved my situation and put my family is a plan that helped us get an affordable upgrade, took our trade in's, and developed the best plan for us! The wait time was short, she was fast, efficient and organized. She was knowledgeable and so patient - we had a bunch of questions! AND....she was able to convert an Android user to an Iphone!!!! Go to T-Mobile today and ask for my new friend Britney N. :) Thank you Britney!!

My experience at the T-Mobile store was absolutely excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The staff here not only knew what they were doing but also went above and beyond to assist me.I was impressed by their product knowledge and their ability to answer all my questions about different phone plans and devices. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect plan that suited my requirements and budget.What truly set this T-Mobile store apart was the exceptional customer service. The staff was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring I had a positive experience. They guided me through the entire process of setting up my new phone and transferring my data, making it a seamless and hassle-free transition.The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a wide selection of the latest smartphones and accessories. They even had a dedicated area for customers to test out devices, which I found very convenient.In a world where customer service can often be lacking, this T-Mobile store stands out as a shining example of what excellent service should be. Oh boy I’m giving this place a 5 star. If only there were more stars to give. Shout out to Brittany for making me and my mom’s day today with our upgraded phones. She made me feel welcomed and helped me understand the meaning of why I got my phones. We will be coming back and I will be telling my friends about her. She was everything and more of customer service. Thank you for everything. Also shout out to Anthony for being a great assistants.

Vlad was the best associate ever. My wife and I came in with our infant and Vlad was so patient. My wife and upgraded phones and changed our plan and it was quick and easy. I’m from Brooklyn, but I will only come back to this T mobile store and only work with Vlad. Top notch all around.

Pathetic service 0 point customer service ... a guy name Taj he is rude avoide that guy as much as you can . They dont care about customer have t mobile service for 15 years and i was treated rudely and because of this i might change my conmection ...

I would like to commend one of your fine employees. Today I came in with a small problem and encountered a nice young man named Jacob. Having worked for American Airlines for many years I understand how important good customer service is and appreciate even the little things that employees do and Jacob is a fine example of good customer service. I wish more young people had kindness and etiquette like Jacob does! ?

I'm not sure where these negative reviews are coming from people must be confusing the store. I came in a few weeks ago to purchase a flip phone for my son. The rep. named Anthony was of great help to me. Very knowledgeable and actually LISTENED and didn't try to sell me anything extra like other stores. Although i know that's what sales reps are for but sometimes we literally just need a what we say we need. Now I need a new phone and even though this store is actually about 25 min from my house I will be coming back to upgrade my phone this weekend because of his good customer service skills and I know he will sell me what I need. There is a T-Mobile store 5 minutes from my house that I will NEVER step back in because not only did that rep know what i was there for but even knowing she didn't have what i needed she wasted my time. She had me waiting there knowing I was pressed on time, wasting my time trying to sell me something i didn't need. So kudos to this store for having people who will ACTUALLY LISTEN TO WHAT WE NEED.

I try to return a old phone that I upgrade on line on that day three employees was there doing nothing one of them came and asked if. I need help I said yes after explaining to him my need he said sorry they can’t help that I will have to mail the old phone in. I was so disappointed after been with T-Mobile for nearly twenty years.
