I went to drop off my packages and used the self-checkout. I had my boxes folded instead of taped, and the UPS employee told me I would need to pay $2 for each folded box. When I asked to see the policy or a sign explaining this fee, they could not provide one. The employee claimed it was Amazon’s policy, but that is not correct. Why am I being charged $2 per box for about 4 inches of tape at UPS? sounds like that extra cash is going to ups and not amazon .

Did you know you can have PASSPORT renewal photos taken at this UPS store? They printed for a fee the application to apply for passport book and passport card renewal. They made copies for a fee. I bought the envelope for mailing with USPS tracking my spplication, my check, my old passport book and old passport card. They finalized everything would be picked up by USPS mailman from the UPS store, so it saved me an extra trip.
Their customer service is outstanding.
And it has been outstanding every single time I went there, either to mail a package, or to return a package, every single time they are efficient, helpful, really a gem in our community.

Terrible experience I sent a package out via this store but it got returned back . Mind you when. I spoke to the manager she told me she has to speak to the owner in regards to get my stuff sent back out or me getting a refund still haven’t spoke to any one it’s frustrating cause I paid for a service and didn’t receive it but now I’m getting the run around me personally do not recommend this store

Thanks! We've had some trouble returning our cable boxes back to the company. We were directed to some locations by their customer service but were told we couldn't return it.
When we went to this UPS store, on a busy weekend, they package the equipment safely, and gave us a receipt - all free of charge.
