I called this establishment and was advised that they closed at 6:00 pm. I arrived at 5:35 pm and the door was locked. I motioned to the associate through the door that it was not 6:00p.m. He opened the door and the manager stated that I shouldn't yell at him ( even though I was not yelling) because it was his decision and "I gotta go". He then asked, "do you know what you want cause I wanna be out of here at 6 on the dot"?
I knew what I wanted but decided not to patronize this establishment. That unprofessionalism and lack of customer service may be tolerated by others that are begging to spend their hard earned money...but I'll pass.
This is what you get when you try to support asmall black business.

Just hopped off my express bus after work and landed right in front of Linden Center, where this store's at. Walked in, and right away, I could tell something was off. There were two young ladies at the cash register, one was just chilling there, both cracking up over something. And then, one of them, when I turned around to see what the joke was about, was giving me a smirk, answering my question that I was the private joke. Another guy working there didn't help either, just egged them on. Totally got the cold shoulder – no "hi," no "need help?" Nothing. Just vibes that screamed, "Get out and why are you even here." Topping off this weird visit, as I'm walking out, one of them throws out a "have a good day" with such sass. I didn't bother responding. And yeah, I'm not planning on going back, unless there's a total overhaul of a more professional staff because this staff sucks!!

Do not shop here, they put shoes online you order them and then 2 days later they cancel them due to no stock lol, its not just me I know tons of people this happened too

Placed a order online. Label was created and then sat for over a week turns out they were out of stock and didnt know when more would come in and i had to track them down to find this out. Calls emails daily with no response. Calls that promised a update that didnt happen, finally the guy walks a few feet to actually check on it to tell me they dont have it. terrible customer service.

I have never been inside— however— they did have free food and smoothies for their 10th anniversary today and I thank them for thinking of celebrating with the community. Wishing you all the best and more success!
