“I recently moved to New York from Florida and had to switch services due to the company service I had in Florida I couldn’t get service here Ryan was very helpful funny guy great sense of humor and friendly I walked in as a single mom of four kids needing phones for 3 of my family members he made sure I got the best deal with great phones and accessories to go with them as I got to talking he told me about things my kids would enjoy in the area and about the school and assistance I could get plugged into in the community I feel he went above and beyond to help me find my way in the new city I was unfamiliar with he wasn’t just a great employee of cricket but a citizen to his community anytime I’ve had a issue with any of my devices he has been willing to help me solve the problem without hesitation!”
“We put our new window ac unit in.. it has a special 240/15 plug and we had a dedicated outlet nearby- and the cord didn’t reach! These guys customized an extension for us and even went the extra mile to put it together. You can’t get this kind of service from a big box store or amazon. I noticed they have a great selection of lighting options too.”

It snowed while we loaded the truck rental out front, and he literally (without us asking) came by and cleared the snow off of the truck window so we wouldnt have to. Every time we have stopped by and run into him, he has always been pleasant and helpful. I truly hope he is recognized in some way for his above and beyond customer service!”

“I love the idea of getting free stuff on t mobile tuesday, but I wish it was easier to get the stuff in store. It's not practical to wait 20 minutes to get a free tumbler if there's only 2 people working and 3 or 4 customers in the lobby waiting for other stuff.”
