“Julia at Target was wonderful when I manage to spill dirt from a pot of flowers on the floor and did not have time to clean it up because I had to pick up my daughter from preschool.
I was obviously flustered and a little bit embarrassed, and she was so calm and polite. It was most appreciated.”
“Juan provided what was easily the best customer service experience we've had with T-Mobile! My husband & I recently went in to upgrade our phones & there was a lot of back & forth & confusion about price, shipping, etc. It took us a couple of weeks to figure it out & get our phones, which is abnormal for what we've experienced the last almost 10 years with T-Mobile. The one thing that kept us from not wanting to switch was honestly Juan, he was amazing & so incredibly helpful! He sat with us for easily 3.5 hours total over 3 visits (with 3 kids in tow) helping us order the phones, called customer service for us when the shipment went wonky the first time & then helping us actually switch over from iphones to samsung which was not an easy task! We're super grateful for all of his help & turning a frustrating experience into a positive one!”

“After contacting Verizon customer support by phone four separate times over the course of a week, with each call lasting approximately two hours, and then spending about four hours at the Clifton Park store without anyone being able to resolve the issue, we went to the Saratoga location (now located next to TJ Maxx instead of inside the mall).
Within an hour and a half, Bill and Joe were able to get everything working. Most importantly, they helped preserve my 80 year old mother’s phone number, which she's had for almost 20 years, after we had been told twice that the number was going to be lost and she should get a new one.
Joe was extremely kind and empathetic throughout the process. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job teaching and guiding Joe through the steps.
The Saratoga store is the only Verizon location we would recommend going to for anything you need. We are very grateful for their help and professionalism.”
