“U Store It on Corinth Rd in Queensbury NY was a perfect fit for what we needed. It was a great location near our home which made it easy to get things out or put stuff in. We did a lot of research before picking a storage place that fit our needs. We were really pleased to have so many options presented and the website was super easy to navigate and answered a lot of questions we had. All of that is great but the best part of the communication and the customer service we received. I highly recommend U Store It to all!”

“We loved the space (20x30). Had a few issues with the doors. One didn’t lock so we put in a request to have it fixed. Waited 2 months for that to be “repaired”. It still never locked so I’d use vice grips on the inside to lock it down. The man door would stick badly. Which obviously caused a problem with getting to the vice gripped door. I put a request in for that and it was never taken care of. Then they raised the rent (every 3 months) So we had two doors which neither worked or functioned properly. Never got a key for the lock on the man door and was asked to return it. Never had an initial walk through or a final walk through. The company next door has a dumpster in their unit. Ran over a few screws and would constantly find them parked in front of my door in the morning while they smoked weed. Only reason I’m leaving this review is because I keep getting emails to review them. I wasn’t going to but maybe they will stop now.”
“The storage property is convenient and if you pay your bill by your due date each month and understand the company always needs to be able to get a hold of you, it's perfect for storage use. The units are drive up and 24 hour access with a gate and 24/7 surveillance. If you don't pay, there's obvious auctions, storage companies can place liens on your things as collateral for not paying for what you agreed to pay for. If you haven't seen Storage Wars, I suggest watching it, especially if you plan on using storage and don't pay for the rent when you're supposed to.”
“Perfect storage units for boats and cars. Shopped around and these are the lowest prices in Glens Falls and South Glens Falls and the facility is brand new. They also had UHaul truck rental to get my stuff there. The nicest self storage facility in south glens falls!”

“Devon is absolutely awesome! He clearly goes above and beyond to make the storage experience helpful and pleasant. It snowed while we loaded the truck rental out front, and he literally (without us asking) came by and cleared the snow off of the truck window so we wouldnt have to. Every time we have stopped by and run into him, he has always been pleasant and helpful. I truly hope he is recognized in some way for his above and beyond customer service!”
“I've had a small unit with Big Boom storage for 7 years, storing trunks of family papers and memorabilia for my elderly father. Although my unit was older and the most basic, (not humidity controlled), in all that time I've never had an issue with water, insects or mice. Everything has not only been secure, but kept perfectly. Jennifer in the office has always been most helpful.”
“Great storage space for reasonable prices. The unit was clean and easily accessible. There’s amble parking and dollies to move furniture and items in and out. Joanne is very accommodating and responds immediately. I would highly recommend Access Storage!”
“Nice clean facility. Reasonable rent on units . Climate controlled. And they actually have a bathroom on site in side the unit for the customer. Staff is hardly ever there though. It's a hit or miss on that part . But when he is there he's friendly and easy to talk too .”
