“So I pull off exit 19 off the northway, while the front of my car is smoking as I pull over I'm talking to my son he says I wouldn't make it home go to this garage down the road. I proceed down the road apparently pass the garage he wanted me to stop at. I'm stressed and uncertain in this high traffic area as I drive a little further I turned down this side road to turn around. I pull in the parking lot look up and see in yellow and black Auto fix car care center. I go inside and speak with the manager on duty, asking if someone could look at my car it had been leaking coolant and smoking. I noticed they were very busy the manager at the counter mentioned as soon as one of his guys is done with the job he's working on he will look at my car for me. I decided to wait and have them look at it and give me a price and time it could be done. They took my car in found the problem show me what was wrong, they proceeded to fix my car and have it done. I was in and out in approximately 3 hours or less and on my way. The way they politely assured me they could fit me in, gave me a price I could afford. As I was talking to my son about the events of the day, I mentioned coming up on the shop accidentally I mentioned they all looked middle aged and it comforted me to
feel they were experienced mechanics.

“First time I have ever been to RNR as I was not familiar with them, but being a Saturday and needing to get something done ASAP, I decided to give them a shot. I walked in when they opened, explained to them what was going on and what I wanted them to do. They got me right in and took care of me immediately. The tech brought me back and showed me what he found and explained what he was going to do to correct the issue. They just won a new customer, I will most definitely return in the future. Very friendly staff.”

“These folks are clutch, every time. I am especially fond of Warren at this location, but everyone is good there. Never trying to rake anyone over the coals or sell extra brake jobs. They are honest folks that show pride in their work and their customers. They just shoot straight, charge fair prices, and do good quality work. They also care about how your life may be disrupted by pesky car issues and have more than once been accommodating to make my life easier. Great place to go and get good quality work done at a reasonable price. I'm gonna keep going there and you probably should too. And if you can't drive there, they have a heck of a good tow driver too at a reasonable price.”

“I can't give these guys the credit they deserve in a few short words. They have helped me with all my families vehicles for years. They've jumped through hoops for me. Recently had to replace my entire engine and they did a great job getting it done quick as could be expected. There were some wiring issues deep down that they found and repaired. They really went above and beyond to make sure my truck was fixed right. I cannot recommend them enough. Go here. They do just bout everything and I promise they'll do right by you.”

“Was in here yesterday to just grab a quick oil change and inspection. Quick it was! Super friendly staff and I actually thought the older fellow at the front desk was the owner because of how attentive he was to customers walking in; he was making a point to say each customer's first name when talking to them. The other desk fellow was also friendly, as well as the tech he inspected my car.
I actually went to Jiffy (I usually get my inspections there) right before Steve's and when the wait was over 2 hours, I drove across the street to Steve Shannon's. Will be going there in the future!”
“We were out running errands when our one brake line broke. Thankfully we were right next door to Firestone. Chris was fantastic and able to take us immediately and replace it for a fair price that didnt break the bank. Will definitely be back for future service.”
